She's a poor little rich girl.

With a vindictive mother and an obsessed brother-in-law, all Adyson Sloan wants is a little freedom—for her and her sister. She dreams of having a little room to breathe and making her own choices. But when she's kidnapped by the Grim Bastards MC, freedom comes at a much higher price. Terrified, but determined to get back to her sister, Addy’s plans are ruined when she falls for a bastard with a chip on his shoulder.

He's a bastard without a heart.

Sergeant at Arms Brew Decker plays by his own rules. To him, nothing is sacred but the brotherhood. He lives and dies by the club and would do anything for them—even kidnap an innocent woman. After all, she's merely a pawn in the bigger game. But everything changes when he meets Addy. Suddenly, he'd do anything for his captive.

Can love between a rich girl and a bastard survive without someone losing it all?

Hot, sexy, and disturbing are a few ways to describe this book.  But, it was right up my alley, too!  From page one to the end, I was glued to this book. I was up until 2:30 in the morning to finish Brew and Addy’s story.  I was hooked on the Grim Bastards MC after reading Dirty Bastard and now I need more and more of this MC!

Poor Addy has been let down all of her life by her crazy ass parents.  They were snobby, cruel, and some of the worst parents I’ve read about.  They put her sister and Addy in some of the most awful situations and I ended up hating them from the very beginning.  When Addy ends up sacrificing herself to save her sister, my heart just broke for her.  She was abused in so many ways and just tortured for over a year.  It seemed the only reprieve came was when she was captured by the MC. Yes, being captured was actually the best thing that ever happened to her.  She was actually able to breathe a little and forget her life that she wanted to escape from.

Brew had his own demons he was fighting and when he was told to kidnap Trix, who Boz his president ordered, he had no idea that bringing Addy into the club would break all of his rules.   From the moment Addy is at the club, Brew’s protective side comes out and OMG I just loved him!  Who can resist a hot and sexy biker!!

As Brew and Addy grow closer, he knows she will soon be released from the club and neither of them know where to go from there.  Brew wants her but his stubborn self lets her go back to her life, which we soon find out is pure hell for her.  Addy’s life just made me cringe at times with everything she was going through and the characters in this book were so sickening that I couldn’t wait to see what the club was going to do to help her.

Brew and Addy have an intense relationship that is raw, gritty, filthy, but very hot!  Their attraction was mind blowing and I couldn’t get enough of this book.  I love all of the Grim Bastards and I hope to get many more of this series.  I’ve always loved Emily and her MC books and now with her and Shelley, I’m so curious to see what they come up with next after reading this 5 star book.  Give me more, ladies!
