Cat Porter has done it again!! As much as I have enjoyed this entire series, I am blown away by this book. It couldn’t have been any better than this! I actually reread the entire series because I wanted to remember Butler from the beginning and work my way up to his book.

I never thought I would say that Butler would redeem himself after being such a screw up in the previous books, but I was proven wrong in this book. He redeemed himself, plus so much more. He’s actually a lot deeper than I gave him credit for and I am in love with him, and that’s saying something because Lock from the first book has always been my favorite. Well, Lock got a good run for his money because Butler’s story is amazing and can I say beautiful for a biker book? Yes!

Tania is Grace’s best friend and is dealing with her recent divorce from Kyle, but as she is moving back home to help her ailing mother she runs across Butler. They have quite a history all the way back to Grace and Dig’s marriage. I was actually shocked to see how their past played out, because I wasn’t expecting that at all. Along with their story, we get to see Tania’s brother Catch and I want more of him also. Tania’s love for her brother, no matter how much of a screw up he was is another thing I liked about her character. She is one tough woman to put up with the crazy men that’s been in her life.

Tania is an antique collector and while running into Butler, he actually helps her out with her search and he is hooked. I never thought I would see badass Butler actually being so serious and enjoying himself outside of the MC life. As they draw closer and the attraction is piqued, little did she know that when they get back to the club, she would find out he has an ol’ lady. Boy, I was shocked at that! I mean, Butler hasn’t had one since Caitlyn and I never thought he would have another woman. But, looks can be deceiving and that’s what I loved about it. So, will Butler and his ol’ lady’s secret come out? Read and find out!

Tania is avoiding Butler, but who can blame her? She is attracted to a man, who already has a woman and she knows he is off limits. But, as they keep running into each other, she finds out his life isn’t as it seems and she starts opening up to him. Like I said, I loved seeing the deeper side of Butler and you get into his thoughts and feelings and I couldn’t get enough of him. He shows a caring and tender side, but is still the bad biker we all know to love (and hate at times.)

I really enjoyed getting more of the other characters of the club and as usual, Lock blew my mind as well. The christening of Thunder was just beautiful. I may have cried a time or two because of him. He has such a good heart and his love for Grace and his son is amazing! These big bad, hot, and sexy bikers will make you drool and ask for more. This book couldn’t have been better and this is one of my favorite MC series. It’s one I can read again and again and I can’t get enough of this 5 star book and this MC!

Cat Porter was born and raised in New York City, but also spent a few years in Europe, Texas and the suburbs along the way. As an introverted, only child, she had very big, but very secret dreams for herself. She graduated from Vassar College, was a struggling actress, an art gallery girl, special events planner, freelance writer, and had all sorts of other crazy jobs all hours of the day and night to help make those dreams come true. She has two children's books traditionally published under her maiden name. She now lives in Greece with her husband and three children, and freaks out regularly and still daydreams way too much.
