Twenty Types of Trouble.
And she likes to take the proverbial ‘piss’ in Ender’s Cheerios.

exchange for an honest review.
I’ve always loved a good sports romance and when the
opportunity came up to read this book, I knew I had to have it. This book isn’t your typical sports
romance. I mean, don’t get me
wrong. You have your cocky, bad boy but
the female character is unlike any I have ever read. Once I started this book, I couldn’t put it
down. I haven’t laughed so hard at a
book lately and my husband thought I was crazy.
I was actually telling him some of the hilarious things from the book,
too.
Ender and his brother Endric are the stars of campus. They are tennis players who could easily go
pro and all of the girls on campus are practically drooling over them, but who
can blame them? They are just oozing sex
appeal and are oh so hot!
Adelaide is a long time friend of Ender and Endric, who is
sent to America from Australia to learn all about college life. She has Asperger’s but it doesn’t slow her
down one bit. She is so hilarious and I
loved seeing her learn all about America.
She’s so blunt at times, but I loved that about her character. She wasn’t rude but she sure would speak her
mind.
The more she is with Ender, the closer they become. The attraction between them is something
neither of them can deny. No matter what
she seems to keep seeing Ender do, the more she knows she wants him. I love how once she gets talking about a
topic, she doesn’t let it embarrass her in the least.
I loved the dual POVs in this book and I quickly fell in
love with Adelaide. She is one of those
rare characters that you can’t help but love.
She is quirky, extremely smart, and is one girl you won’t soon forget.
No matter what kind of situation she finds herself in and
who seems to make her feel bad about herself, Ender is always there for
her. He is the rock she needs when
things get her down. He’s so protective
of her and that’s one thing I loved about him.
It didn’t matter that he was the big man on campus. He never let anyone stand in his way of being
there for Adelaide.
The more I read this book, the more I loved it. I did feel like Adelaide made some poor
choices but I know that’s understandable, too.
I loved them together as a couple, but by the end, I felt it was a
little rushed. I just wanted more at the
end. With that being said, I think it’s a great book that drew me in from
beginning to end. It came at a perfect
time for me when I needed something light but sexy, and I give this book 4
stars.
Speaking of hearts . . . the ones who truly have Haleigh's heart are her DIY husband, her tween daughters, and her three rescue dogs.
Oh, and sleep. Haleigh also loves to sleep the sleep of a thousand martyrs.
